Carvana

For a major commercial development in Chesterfield, our team was subcontracted by Branscome to prepare the site for Carvana’s 110-acre project. We moved an impressive 320,000 cubic yards of fill dirt and topsoil to create a level foundation, ensuring optimal conditions for construction. The project also included shaping and grading multiple retention ponds, ranging from 1/3 to 3 acres, to support stormwater management and sustainability for this large-scale development.
